Jan 25, 2008 · I just tried Chrome 70 portable on the new Gmail. It's smooth, but not as fast as old/current gmail in chrome or firefox. But the new one is unusable in Firefox beta. Wy is this, and what is being done to address this? I feel as soon as the new Gmail is forced onto everyone you're going to see a ton of people ditch Firefox for Chrome sadly
